We can help you to sort through all of this information to make the right Telco choice for your company. We will analyze your existing call handling requirements and local and long distance bills to provide you with a report on which Telco and plan is the right choice for your business.
We can also help you if you are relocating your company to a new premise by being your liason with your Telco. The advantages of this service are numerous but the most important benefit would be that you won't have to deal with the time consuming ordeal of moving your lines and features. We co-ordinate with your Telco to ensure that your voice and data services are moved on the same day and to the right location. We follow up deligently to ensure that there will be minimal down time to your business during your move.
In addition, D3 Telecom can analyze your line problems and see if the trouble is inside wiring or with the phone company. We will also coordinate with the phone company to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We speak telco language and can contact the test and activation center to expedite the resolution. We take ownership of getting the trouble fixed. You do not have to waste your time calling and following up.

At D3 Telecom we offer a wide variety of training classes. The first class offered is what we call the basic class. This course includes the basics like how to set up your voice mail box, record your greeting, answer a call, etc. The second class is called advanced training and during this class you learn to conference, set up your outbound call notification, etc. The third class is called system administration. This class trains you how to set up the company greetings, re-record the company greetings, relocate a person in the office, etc.
These classes are all one hour and you can take them seperately or together, in groups or as individuals...the choice is yours.
