Samsung DCS

Best price to feature comparison in the business whether you need a basic system or a feature rich business phone system. Would you like a Small, Medium or Large? will there be any BRI, PRI, Voice mail, CTI, ACD or VOIP with that?

The iDCS500 offers an Ethernet LAN interface supporting TAPI 2.1 and capacity for 6 VOIP cards providing 96 VOIP channels. The smaller iDCS100 can be integrated using VOIP in branch office locations.

Nortel Norstar

This is the reliable business phone system that was introduced in 1988 and has been updated to offers good features and value. This is the preferred used system as they are plentiful and upgradeable. ACD, Voice Mail and unified messaging are available using CallPilot. The current models are the Compact ICS and the Modular ICS. Nortel has recently released the Business Communications Manager which is a PC driven Norstar system offering advanced VOIP and unified messaging capabilities.

Vertical TeleVantage

This is the custom telephone server that has all the latest advanced CTI features including VOIP, Unified Messaging and ACD Call Center integration. It is customizable and completely open for programming and integration with computer applications. If you have custom computer integrated applications this is the telephone solution that can be configured to work the way you want. This is a Windows 2000/2003 server, SQL, IP Network application using Dialogic hardware. This is not a standard phone system and is custom built to your specifications for this reason it is more expensive than a standard phone system. The TeleVantage phone server can be set up for custom call center applications using low cost off the shelf software and hardware. The cost to deploy this server based phone system will be a fraction of the cost of a turn key call center and is designed to be used by smaller applications from 5 to 50 call center agents. We bundle and configure and install the systems. We will also contract software development and support for your specific application.
